To treat Rheumatoid Arthritis, the dose is 100 to 200 milligrams a day, divided into smaller doses of 50 milligrams 3 to 4 times a day (for Voltaren or Cataflam), 80 milligrams twice a day (for Voltaren), or 100 milligrams once or twice a day (for Voltaren-XR).
To treat Ankylosing Spondylitis, the normal dose is 100 to 125 milligrams of Voltaren a day, divided into smaller doses of 25 milligrams 4 times a day, with another 25 milligrams at bedtime if necessary.
